Our organization employs a straightforward organizational structure that provides robust support to our front line Telecollectors and Field Negotiators. All departments work closely together with a shared objective of meeting our clients’ expectations.
Each client is served by a dedicated group consisting of Telecollectors and Legal Assistants, overseen by a Manager. These groups work exclusively on the client’s portfolio, ensuring focused attention. The number of personnel assigned to each group is determined based on the volume of accounts in the portfolio.
Supervising the group managers is a Senior Manager, who provides guidance and oversight to ensure smooth operations and efficient management of client portfolios.
Our operations consist of Telecollectors and Field Negotiators working within multiple operating groups. These groups receive support from departments such as IT/MIS, Finance, and HR/Administration. The Operations Management Committee (OMC), led by a Senior Manager, reports directly to the Managing Director and President.
